At the Hinch, (taken from Ballynahinch, meaning ‘town of the island’ in Gaelic) and set amongst County Down’s rolling green drumlin hills, we have created a distillery that has aspirations well beyond ‘the ordinary’, ambitions to be creative well beyond ‘the easily achieved’. County Down has a strong distilling history and from the late 18th to the early 20th century was home to seven Irish Whiskey producing distilleries. We are intensely proud to be part of the continuing story of County Down with the creation of the Hinch Distillery.
Our 10 Year Old Sherry Cask Finish is a combination of a minimum 10 year old Single Grain and Single Malt whiskey from a select number of casks within our distillery inventory. Finished for a minimum of 1 year in the finest old Oloroso Sherry casks to add complexity on both the nose and palate.
Tasting Notes: Hinch 10 Year Old Sherry Cask Finish is light brown with a subtle red hue and has aromas of fresh fruit with earthy garden-fresh notes. Subtle layers of stewed fruit with an unmistakable nutty aftertaste – sophisticated and complex. Bold, innovative, contemporary Irish whiskey proudly made in County Down.

Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It's not completely managed by us, since we are involved with multiple organizations, such as the factory and the storage. Stock levels can fluctuate at any time. Please be aware that it's possible for your order to run out of stock even after you have made the order.
Our policy lasts thirty days. We are unable to replace or refund your purchase after 30 days since you purchased it.
For your item to be eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it in. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
